What do we do?  TinaAndTJ.com is an active real estate investment company. We are involved in the Niagara Region, Waterloo, London, Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford and Toronto area.  And we are now expanding to certain regions in the US.  We love working with partners to share in the benefits and returns, without having to be involved in the hands-on part of the business.

We have experience in long and short term rentals in both the single and multi family space, as well as student rentals, conversions, and flips.  Our Current Focus is on Short Term Rentals in specific markets; as well as Multi Family Conversions & Long Term Rentals.   We also love a good Flip whenever we find one for the right price in the right market!     Ultimately we truly love to create and provide quality housing while at the same time getting our investor partners and ourselves an above average return on investment.

Investing with us is an excellent way for people with no experience or desire to be a landlord or manage properties to be able to invest in real-estate and enjoy the upside profits without the normal day-to-day hassles.
